Amendment 3: Too Extreme for Missouri!

TO BANKRUPT AND ABUSE YOU, YOUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN!

On November 5th, Missourians will vote on Amendment 3 - "reproductive freedom". Since the amendment never truly defines "reproductive health care", it opens the door for all of the following things to happen:

• Allows abortions for ANY REASON during ALL 9 MONTHS of pregnancy
• Allows abortions to occur in unregulated facilities or places by ANY "healthcare professional" (undefined)

• Reverses laws protecting MINORS from gender transition drugs and surgeries
• "Reproductive Health Care" includes "gender affirming care"
  • Boston Children's Hospital: Transgender Reproductive Health Services
  • UChicago: Trans CARE (Clinic for Affirmation and Reproductive Equity)
• Allows MINORS to undergo breast removal, hysterectomy, castration, or take cross-sex hormones, puberty blockers
• This applies to all citizens AND non-citizens, potentially as well as for minors regardless of parental consent. If this amendment passes, us taxpayers would also be 
• This would present a massive financial burden on our state as well as taxpayers, having to pay for transgender surgery as well as lifelong hormonal treatment and medical treatment related to transgender issues.

• Repeals laws requiring parents to be informed of MINORS' medical choices regarding "Reproductive Health Care"
• NO notice or consent of parents needed for MINORS to undergo abortions or invasive gender transition procedures

• Repeals laws banning taxpayer funding of abortion facilities and providers
• Transgender "Reproductive Health Care" facilities and providers will receive taxpayer funding without restrictions

• Repeals all laws requiring basic health and safety standards for abortion and gender transition facilities
• Eliminates right to sue healthcare providers for malpractice
